The meatless loaf comes smothered in gravy with organic mashed potatoes, peas and corn on the side. Convenient and easy to prepare and serve, this Amy's Veggie Loaf contains soy, is gluten free, dairy and lactose free, and tree nut free. It is also suitable for vegan and kosher diets. OVENS MAY VARY. Microwave Oven Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir potatoes. Cook on high for 1 more minute. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
